Bourke Street Boulangerie

Favourite corner on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Not my favourite cafe, the queue is always unfeasibly long, instead prefer coffee from the bookstore cafe across the road. Get takeaway triple shot latte, two sugars, then park myself in the park across the street. Always a visual Surry Hills feast of hipsters and cyclists. Still smelling like a showroom. Pushed the clock past 100ks today. Good riding around the burbs, new motocross gloves which makes switching off the odd BMW indicators easier. Left on the left, right on the right, cancel for both on the right. It's cool, but a trick to maintain the same pressure on the throttle whilst cancelling the indicators. And with this engine, the slightest deviance is liable to slingshot the bike out from underneath you...
