Positive. It is known to have some form of intelligent species. Over.
So I've got a new fave artist, Stevie Gee. Anyone who successfully incorporates bones, tomahawks and mustaches is ok in my book. Check out Stevie Gee's BLOG and, if you're in London, get along to his show at Jaguar Shoes, 32-34 Kingsland Road, Shorditch. Someone point me in the direction of any pics of the exclusive collab with Tourdeville and Death Spray Custom and I'll be a happy man!

Congratulations Lukey!
For the music is your special friend
This looks like it would've been an awesome night, opening of the "Re-enactment" exhibition in London by Nick Clements and his team: Ryo Bamba, William Gentle, Matt Hind, Neal Read and Nathan Small. Check the rest of the flicks on the Southsider's blog. Wish I was there!

I's three-fourths drunk she looked all right
Nothing quite like walking out of work and seeing my bike parked next to some new friends. I was so excited to see a nice new K1200RT parked next to her that I forgot to take off the disc lock, started her up and began to ride off. Only to be stopped short by aforementioned disc lock, which caused her to lean over on a surprising angle, and I had to gently place her on the tarmac. Second time that's happened. Both sides now. No damage except to my pride, thankfully. A bike's not truly yours till you've put it on the ground. Good thing it wasn't a flash new K1200RT. They're not meant to be on the ground, period. GSs don't mind it that much. AVAGOODWEEGEND!

Forbidden fruit, hidden eyes
One of my favourite ever blogs is Sleep Deprivation and Stories of My Bullshit Youth by Gnar Jen, she of WAY OUT! fame. Her husband was a model for the Odyn Vovk Spring/Summer 2009 show and the accessories were a collaboration with Black Sheep and Prodigal Sons, who are now one of my favourite wearable creators along with Sylvia Nevistic. Here's a snapshot of some of their pieces, crafted from materials like horse hair, leather, ivory and ebony from old piano keys and bronze cast honeycomb. Grey Ghost kinda jewellery.
All surroundings are evolving in the stream that clears your head
Well. Here's the Grey Ghost of cameras, even though it's white. My dad's a Leica man, but he's not a digital man, so he's strictly film. He's about to take possession of his first computer so maybe a D-Lux ain't too far away. I doubt it, but we're getting there. Luxist via The Awesomer!

Hornig BMW G650X
Ten thousand willing pilots flying
Max of 20c degrees outside, cloudless, the slightest breeze tickling the leaves, and Monica Bellucci just dropped by to see if I wanted to go out for a ride. Can this day get any better? The Things That Excite Me!

Don’t the sun look good today? But the rain is on it’s way
Christ, this R just looks like an evil jet fighter without the wings. Shed full of wicked Euros at the Legend of Classic day, perfectly shot (again) by Motoyan, over on NO FUTURE TOKYO!
...Only the road can tame the rebel in his soul
Awe-inspiring work by illustration studio Massive Black. The top one is an animist portrait of the Ghostess. The bottom one is me and a friend on the Harley 1200 Sportster I'll own one day. There's some pics over on my other blog, DoubleOhTwo. Via DesignFeedr!

The gold roads sure a long road
Deus USA is just about to open, after a successful Auckland opening also. World domination is almost complete! Apparently it will be located on the second floor of LA's Secret Service. Here's the first US built bike, a Grievous Angel. Quite appropriate! Via A Time To Get!

Two riders were approaching, and the wind began to howl
Jewelz picked up her new bike today, an '04 BMW F650GS. the modern interpretation of my first bike, the '95 F650. The perfect bike for adventurous learners, a bike that can both commute and ride around the world just as easily (and with more agility) than an R1200GS. It's nice that the Ghostess has a riding buddy, and I'm looking forward to hearing about all the adventures Jewelz will have on this Silver Palamino!

I got a shiny saw blade, all I need’s a volunteer
Dad came up from Tassie for the weekend, we went and hung out at the English Car Rally at Kings School. One bike there, 1911 Norton. If I'm getting stuck in a field full of cars, I've got no problems with them being a bunch of Rolls, Jags, Aston Martins, MG's, or even the odd Leyland. For all the photos of the four wheeled variety, check out doubleohtwo's flickr photostream. What fun! Tally ho!
