Starting to think about my birthday coming up in November and it's a personal resolution of mine to be somewhere completely unknown to me on that day. Somewhere I haven't been, somewhere new, a different state. Picked up some maps today from the NRMA, I've got the bike and the Motorcycle Atlas of Australia. Now it's time to start taking reality into account and start planning. And the best place for information for adventure riding is, well, advrider.com. A simple browse through the Gallery section is enough to get the blood boiling and the spirit soaring. Here's a couple of my BMW favourites, but get inspired here!

I found an 80's/90's TT600 for a reasonable price the other day, very tempting!
Planning a few possible road trips of my own so I know exactly the thought process. Go for it!
