You left your mark on me it's permanent a tattoo

First ride. Still miss The Baroness. Took the Ghostess in for her 10,000k service today, with 13,000ks on the clock. I've had her 6 months. Some bloke was there with a white '95 F650. Took me back.

Hot cash days that you trailed around

Love the pared back styling of the HPN BMW R100GS, very Philipe Starck x Aprilia. Maybe he  could have a crack at the R1200GS and be able to rear his head in the motorcycling world again? Thanks HPN and BikeEXIF!

Trench coat wing tip going to work, and you'll be pulling a train like Captain Kirk

This fine example of an R900 was parked at The Usual Spot under the Bridge downtown. 1976 model, judging by those knee pads on the tank. Lovely.

Then how's about this R100 that was at Procycles with the upgraded Ohlins? One day. Oh yes, you will be mine.

And my bat lightning heart wants to fly away

Alek Wek via Southsiders. What an incredible image. If only she was astride a K1300R.

Just keep a-coming and put your hand out to me

No more bad guy in this picture, he just made his great escape

Just got back recently from two weeks off work and a 5,000km road trip from Sydney to Adelaide via the Snowies to Melbourne via the Great Ocean Road and back to Sydney. I'd just like to go on record as saying that the Great Ocean Road IS ONE OF THE BEST MOTORCYCLING ROADS IN THE WORLD. Not that I've travelled many (any) of them but for 24 hours solid motorcycling through constant 45-55km/h corners in the middle of some of Australia's best scenery... Well, the very memory is sending shivers up and down my spine. Look closely at the middle photo, you can just barely make out the signposted road snaking around the cliffs. You're lucky I stopped to take these photos. Working a bike around these curves is as big a rush as surfing a big break.

Get down here and ride this road, please.

1946 Knuckle & Kiki De Montparnasse

Quick, get over to Sleep Deprivation & Stories of My Bullshit Youth and check out the rest of the Jonathon Leder shoot for Jaques Magazine before their own radness obliterates them forever!!! Thanks Jen!

A long time ago, our point of view was broadcast by Mr. Bartholomew

Just happened across what could possibly be Australia's finest collection of Nortons, Dean Hogarth's collection in Murray Bridge, South Australia. Dean is an ornery old cuss who used to race speedway cars 'till his license was revoked due to abuse of an official... He then got into bikes and now restores and maintains this immaculate collection in an old service station on the way into town. He's not online ('hates computers and all that shit') but his number is 08 8531 1005, give him a call if you're interested in anything Norton. He's got plenty of stories to tell and is more than willing to tell them. You can't miss his joint, it's the old servo with the cute little CZ out the front. Word of warning: he doesn't suffer fools gladly!

The Vintagent would love this!
